Reviews & Questions

At least rating(s) required before a product rating is visible on the marketplace.
If checked, customers will see messaging that the product must be purchased in order to be reviewed.
All user generated content such as reviews, questions, comments, etc need to be approved by a Marketplace Admin before they are published.

Customer Roles

Developers are able to create, edit, and publish apps in the marketplace.
System Admins can access all functionality, data, and manage all users within the company. This includes promoting or demoting other users' roles.

Security

If enabled, the user signup form in your marketplace will include a required captcha field at the bottom.

To generate your reCAPTCHA keys, go to the Get reCAPTCHA Page, enter your marketplace domain and then copy and paste the generated keys into the fields below.

When customers allow Marketplace Support Representatives (MSRs) to access their accounts, the CSR can take any action as if they were the customer. Customers must approve this access before it is granted.
