Assisted Sales

Settings

If unchecked, the CVV field will be disabled on assisted sales purchase billing details.
When checked, sales can be made without processing payment in the billing system. Paying for products manually will assume payment was collected and will record the charges appropriately.
When checked, Sales Support Role and Restricted Sales Support Role users can cancel active subscriptions on behalf of a customer.
Enabling restricted sales support will expose the Restricted Sales Support role to channels, which allows an agent to make purchases on behalf of a customer for customers they create.
When enabled, Assisted Sales and Restricted Sales Support users will be cc'd on billing-related emails for orders that their accounts are associated with.
