Activate Account	New User	A user has signed up.
Activate Account with Product	New User	A user has signed up while purchasing a product
Invite New User	New User	A user has been invited by another.
Invite User to Join Company	Existing User	An existing user is invited to join an additional company.
Reset Password	Existing User	A user or CSR requests to reset their password.
Verify Additional Email	Existing User	A user has added an additional email to their account or requested to revalidate an existing address.
Impersonate User Request	Existing User	A CSR has requested access to a user's account and the user must approve or deny the request.
Password Reminder	Existing User	Notifies the user that it has been more than 90 days since they changed their password
Registration Reminder	New User	This activation reminder is sent two days after a user signs up if they have not activated their account.
Inactive User Login Reminder	Existing User	A long time has passed since the user last logged in.
Inactive User Purchase Reminder	Existing User	A user registered but hasn't made any purchase

Single-User Product Purchased	Product Owner	A single-user product was successfully purchased
Free Trial Started	Product Owner	A free trial is started.
Product Purchased by User	Company Admin	A product has been purchased by a user in a company and the company admin is alerted to the purchase.

Product Assigned	Product User	A product seat has been assigned. The assignee now has access to the product.
Product Unassigned	Product User	A product seat has been unassigned. The assignee no longer has access to the product.
Product Access Requested	Product Owner	A user has requested to be assigned to a product.
Product Purchase Requested	Product Owner	A user has requested to purchase a product.
