Billing

The purchase limit is the maximum total amount a company can purchase in a day.

When customers want to purchase applications, they must request their System Admin to do so on their behalf.

The grace period is the length of time after a payment is marked overdue before the subscription is suspended.

If checked, vendors will be allowed to specify the edition rank, which will be used to determine if a subscription change is an upgrade or a downgrade. If not checked the order price will be used instead.

By default, customers must go through the purchase flow to buy any products.

By default, customers skip the "Billing Information" step of the checkout process when buying free trials or editions. If checked, customers must always enter their billing information to buy products with free trials or editions.

If checked, vendors will see options to prevent units from being increased or decreased.

For example, if a customer purchases 10 units with their original contract, in subsequent subscription updates they will be blocked from reducing their units below 10.

If checked and total order price is less than applied fixed-price discount value, the extra will be credited to the customer.
