The purchase limit is the maximum total amount a company can purchase in a day.

For example, if a customer purchases 10 units with their original contract, in subsequent subscription updates they will be blocked from reducing their units below 10.

If checked and total order price is less than applied fixed-price discount value, the extra will be credited to the customer.

If channel has setup to calculate taxes with Avatax then this property could be used to update Avatax license information.
