Company Roles

Default Users buy and manage their products.
Within a company, billing administrators can manage products, assign users and handle payments. THey cannot access user data.
Within a company, System Admins can manage and access all data, including user data.

Product Roles

Developers create and publish products.

Marketplace Roles

Marketplace Support users can view and contact marketplace customers. They cannot edit other marketplace settings.
Restricted Sales Support users can view and contact marketplace customers. They can make purchases on behalf of new customers that they create.
Restricted Sales Support users can view and contact marketplace customers. They can make purchases on behalf of any marketplace customer.
Marketplace Product Support users can manage products in the marketplace catalog. They cannot access customer data, billing data or other marketplace settings.
Marketplace Administrators can access all marketplace data and manage all settings, including the marketplace catalog, customers and billing.
